If you’ve been on Instagram lately (or ever), you’ve likely seen countless Zinneken’s waffle posts. I’m happy to say that these aesthetically pleasing delicacies are taste just as good as they look! The waffles are very filling, and the toppings all seem fresh. The only drawback, I would say, is that the location is VERY small and, because of its popularity among hipster Cantabrigians, very crowded. Luckily, Zinneken’s hours are 8 am to 11 pm, so I would recommend going at an unconventional time – it adds to the adventure!
The store is located in Harvard Square at 1154 Massachusetts Ave. It is manned by college students, who seemed pretty friendly, especially considering the clear irritation of some customers (due to the tight space constraints). Although I would recommend that you don’t visit Zinneken’s with a large group, it’s definitely a good option for any meal!
